WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ...

Once you have a security system installed in your home or business, you are responsible for using it correctly and preventing false alarms.

False alarms are a growing concern for the alarms industry. They work against the home owner and emergency services, like police and fire departments, by consuming resources and desensitizing watchful neighbours.

They also increase costs for police departments and alarm companies. These costs are then passed back to everyone in the form of higher taxes and industry services charges.
